Sushma has nearly 40 years of experience advising multiemployer, single-employer, and public pension plans.
Her experience includes preparing and reviewing pension and retiree medical actuarial valuations, plan design studies, complex benefit calculations and benefit statements, annual government filings, withdrawal liability calculations, plan termination, and plan designs.
Clients and colleagues say she is thorough and accurate in her work. Clients appreciate her help with completing complex benefit certifications.
She joined Cheiron in January 2007.
She is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
