Thomas has more than 18 years of experience as an actuary, working primarily with Taft-Hartley pension plans.
His experience includes creating plan designs, developing benefit calculators, preparing actuarial valuation reports for multiemployer pension plans, preparing FAS 106, FAS 87 and FAS 112 reports, completing 5500 reports, and plan administration.
He builds relationships easily. He has strong analytical and communication skills.
He joined Cheiron in May 2023.
He is an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA.
