Daniel has nearly two decades of experience as an actuarial consultant advising health and welfare plans.
His experience includes performing accounting and funding valuations for health and pension plans, complex pension benefit calculations, reserve calculations, financial projections, COBRA rate calculations, selecting vendors, pricing health benefits, and rate recommendations.
He enjoys solving problems and is good at explaining complex actuarial concepts to trustees and staff in plain English.
He joined Cheiron in March 2005.
He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
