Kari has more than two decades of experience as a senior actuarial analyst and data specialist.
Her experience includes preparing client data for actuarial evaluations and experience studies, calculating and projecting benefits, and preparing participant benefit statements.
Kari’s experience spans both large pension plans with more than two million members and small plans with 100 members, enabling her to balance the need for accuracy in actuarial valuations with the difficulties inherent in maintaining large, multisource employee databases.
Kari has an MBA and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and Retirement Plan Associate with the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. She joined Cheiron in January 2013.
